Second time I've used Deccan Packers and movers Services and again, they delivered a great service. Booking was easy, including calculating an estimate moving volume and receiving a quote and confirmation. Prior to the moving date, I received instructions on what will happen on the day. Then the guys came before time, super punctual, and immediately got working. They were super helpful, polite, quick and everything worked out well and under the estimated time. My experience with this service was really smooth. I thought I had a lot of luggage and it might take up to 5 cartons. However, the people who came to collect the luggage managed to fit all of it into only 2 cartons. The luggage was delivered within 3 days (even though they had said 7 initially). That was quite a pleasant surprise. Also, the luggage is packed in a way that is waterproof and tearproof. Very nice packing, I have to say. Would highly recommend this service.

I got my luggage very safely. I got my original documents within time and without any damage. Even my glass cups where not broken not even a single scratch in anything. The charge which I paid was nominal. Four people came for moving the stuffs, The work which they did was satisfactory. Selected this Deccan packers and movers to shift my household things from Bangalore to Mumbai. Some people came for the loading and unloading. Their service is good and they charge me reasonable amount for the service. I am satisfied with the service They delivered the things after 3days. Work done by them was very good. I had used the Deccan Packers and movers to relocate my home from Hyderabad to Odisha last month at a reasonable price. The packing team is very professional and provides me hassle-free relocation. The team was holding all the fragile marked cartons upside down, as per the marked sign. They provide utmost care during transporting goods. All the crockery items and other household goods were delivered safely. Excellent performance by the Deccan team.Arman is the owner of the Deccan who is kind, humble, and a responsible person. One Item had missing (Caused by truck labor) but he(Arman) took initiative and delivered the single parcel within a day. Wonderful services I have received.8

We have opted for this packers even though the qotation was very high expecting professional services.They asked us to pay full amount before moving the vehicle. They were supposed to load and unload on the same day.But our truck was struck at some place looking for workers and arrived 3 hours late from the expected time to destination. Workers were supposed to unload it on the same day but the workers didn't turn up. They didn't arrange workers on that day and the workers came next day morning. We didn't have any chairs to sit or bed to sleep on that day.We are Highly disappointed with the services. We didn't expect this to happen. There was huge discomfort, waste of time and money.

Very reliable efficient and trained staff from manager Mr armaan down to the ground working staff. I was actually quite concerned as i have had 2 bad experiences in spite of paying premium charges that turned out to be fake transport services..but everything went well and smooth with deccan..i moved within city.every delicate thing was bubble wrapped and sofa etc were covered with soft package cloth thry brought. Even i needed 10 boxes beforehand bit mr armaan sent 20 so we can pack better. After moving i reqiested armaan to leave boxes so we can unpack slowly and he agreed for that as well.All in all you can go ahead with your eyes closed.

I chose Deccan packers and movers based on the reviews and ratings.I had taken their services to shift my goods from Secunderabad to Durg. They provided me very reasonable quote.Packing was done very neatly and systematically.Mr Armaan and his team were prompt to address my queries and are very professional.My experience with them has been satisfactory and all my goods have been delivered to me just the day after reaching my destination.

Worst service I have ever seen. Before taking my items to his godown he said 8k after that he said pay 19k take your products. This service is for Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam. While negotiating he talks very bad language and I also reviewed it as one in Google he sent half of my products and said remove the review and take remaining products. What ever comments they mention they are not at all true. They don’t have large vehicles to transport they depend on third party services. Most of the reviews in Google are their colleagues or friends of Deccan express.

Never ever go with Deccan packer and movers.Its the worst experience faced while house hold shiftingUnprofessional people at time of booking they will not give full quotation and later at time of packing moving just ask for more money on final day.They are not loyal very bad way of talking no etiquette.Very irresponsible behaviour of the workers and even the owner tone will change after the packing is done and left , they in return give threats that the luggage will not dispatch until all the amount is paid and at that time they will quote higher amounts and demand more money .Their nonsense rules and demands will come to page when they pack and left the place .The vehicle will be very small and no surety of luggage .I will never gonna suggest anyone to go with it.

I have booked the shifting of my bike and cooler from Hyderabad to my hometown in Maharashtra, they told me for both it will be 4,500 rs but after giving me my products for delivery they handed me the bill of 9000 with including more cost as packaging, stamp duty and insurance which were not tole me before and I left with no option as they had my product so I paid as requested amount to get my product safely at my hometownBut when I received product at hometown that too after 10 days which was before told as 3-4 days and after they told us we can't deliver your product on door as not having proper delivery system at their end so I went personally and picked my bike.After all those incident as well when I check documents they had done fraud on insurance policy as they prepare my insurance based on other bike RC and name of insured person is also different if my bike had any problems while delivery then I might have not claim as wellSo please avoid using this service better to get all theQuotation first from any packers and movers. Worst experience in my lifetime.
